C32 sky blue shell “The Cutter” EP by The Cutter with J-card and download of all tracks. Released September 11th 2025. Run of 103. 33 left in stock.
A1 “The Eyes”, A2 “Defector”, A3 “Stereotype”, A4 “You Look At Yourself”. All tracks repeat on the B-side.
Manchester-based darkwave trio The Cutter pack a pulsating punch as a live unit, their debut self-titled EP committing every ounce of their fierce stage energy to tape. Ewan Kinrade’s (LEASH, Ballamona) gothic drawl haunts the mix throughout, his insidious repeats less choruses and more the embodiment of the insistent voices in your head.
Whipcrack drum machine meets marauding darkwave beats to lay down a groove, an undertow of bass revealing Charlie Marriott’s (Document, Cruush, Phoebe Green) skitters of guitar that glint like a knife under alleyway streetlight. Killer riffs and delay pedals fill in the blanks with noise-wave scree, Lucy Green’s (elucyve, Phoebe Green) textural new-wave synths blossoming like creeping growth on a timelapse petri dish.

C66 antique silver shell “Split” LP by Oestara and No Trophy with J-card and download of all tracks. Released March 22nd 2024. Run of 60. 1 left in stock.
Oestara - A1 “Blip”, A2 “Afterwards”, A3 “Kech”, A4 “Once Upon A Time”, A5 “Cellos”, A6 “Sunday Skate Park”, A7 “One Day All This Will Be Gone”, A8 “Ending”
No Trophy B1 “Restbiter”, B2 “Calve”, B3 “Queenless”, B4 “Grips”, B5 “We Are Never Far”, B6 “Sullen Paws”, B7 “Helix”, B8 “Temes”
Talented UK producers Oestara and No Trophy showcase two 30-minute sets that bring together choice cuts from their dreamy discographies, a mutual affection for ambient IDM and cerebral glitch unifying the release. And for Ramber, it’s a project that reignites our early flirtation with electronic composition (espher and Botpoem & Bugyell fans, you still with us?).
Oestara is Kent-based artist Ali Grimsey and her gently stoned side is the warmer of the two with its nebulous blossoming, pretty patterning and pillowy loops, while Matt Whittle’s No Trophy (also of Emperor Zero) is more at home in the realms of dark ambience.
What follows is an exercise in yin and yang, Oestara pairing chopped and spliced pitch-shifting and skittering beats with Balearic bliss and 2-step precision, while No Trophy explores downtempo bleeps and zero gravity zen, organic pulses rippling the surface of his new age meditation. Hazy afternoon sesh through to the streaking lights of the ride home from the afters, Oestara and No Trophy got you covered.

C84 pink shell “Vows To Boscobel” EP by Cinder with J-card and download of all 5 EP tracks. All 10 tracks repeat on the B-side. Released October 9th 2025. Run of 61. 21 left in stock.
EP: A1 “Impermanence”, A2 “Breathing”, A3 “Sines”, A4 “Vows”, A5 “Boscobel”.
Demos: A6 “Echoes”, A7 “Pale Blur”, A8 “Avalanche”, A9 “Hum”, A10 “Pale Blur (Spirit Remix)”.
If you’re gonna go ‘gaze in 2025, you gotta set yourself apart from the first-wave fetishists. Cue Manchester-based, alt-rock fourpiece Cinder who go full grunge-gaze with their twin guitar set-up throwing up walls of noise for waves of sensory heaviness to break against.
Yet Cinder is a band of contrasts: shadows and light, weight and melody, pure heat yet few flames. Primal roars are thus tempered with delicate patterning and the result is huge, a blackhole sun spinning off intangible vapours and flares of distortion.
Deadpan vocals creak with fragility as they compete to be heard. Colliding currents of woozy guitar pull you under. Stoned swirls of MTV-era nostalgia swoon before the middle order drops with the subtlety of a barrage of bunker busters.
This cassette version of Vows To Boscobel also contains 5 demos of complementary, earlier material included on merit and with pride, these fascinating “workings out” stepping stones on the way to the mighty Boscobel.
